PROFILE OF COMPANY
Gray & Osborne has provided professional engineering services to public agencies throughout Washington State since 1935. We specialize in the planning, design, and construction management of water, sewer, transportation, and utility systems. The opening is in our Seattle office located at 1130 Rainier Avenue South, Suite 300.
RESPONSIBLITIES
Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests
Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings for the local workstations
Utilize and maintain tracking database
Document procedures
Assist with familiarizing of new users to the network system
Build, install, configure, and test new workstations, printers, and software
Maintain inventory of all equipment, software keys, and software licenses
Manage PC setup and deployment for new users using standard hardware, images, and software
Assign users and computers to proper groups in AD
Track and perform workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
Update companys website and in-house applications
Additional responsibilities could include development and coding of internal and external web-based applications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES
2 year degree or certificate in information technology
Web-based programming or coding skills are a plus
Microsoft SharePoint Online knowledge is desired
Able to work well with others in a collaborative manner
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and confidentiality
Able to comprehend information quickly
Possesses high energy and willingness to learn
Ability to prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects
