Automotive Service Manager

Job Functions:
All customer interactions including interview, write-up, and close.
Part acquisition.
Selling based on MAP standards.
Responsible for all operational aspects of the shop, open to close.
Promote the shop and its services through exceptional customer interactions.
Ensure shop is clean and presentable at all times.
Shop maintenance
Manage a crew of 3-4 Technicians
