Established Small King County Remodeling Contractor is looking to hire a well rounded, experienced remodel carpenter to join our team immediately. Wages: DOE. Hiring and wages will be based on the list below. The more skills you have of the list below, the higher the wage.

Foundation
Framing
Sheetrock
Exterior trim and siding
Interior trim installation
Cabinet installation
Door and window installation
Light electrical
Light plumbing
Deck construction
Make materials list for next process
Stay organized
Follow a daily work schedule
Be able to work independently
Have reliable transportation and have valid drivers license
Have your own hand tools
Be clean and neat in appearance
The person hired will need their own hand tools and good transportation with clean driving record. They will have a wide variety of responsibilities and be willing to participate in all phases of the job, including demo work. Our work area is North Seattle to Tacoma down the I-5 and 405 corridors
We are smaller in size. This is intentional, to maintain quality of workmanship, to work as a 'team', maintain daily communications when needed, and to let our clients, whom, primarily, reside in their home become familiar with the employees in their home.
