We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Jr Construction Estimator focusing on Waterproofing.
As a commercial waterproofing estimator, you provide estimating services and oversee activities for large-scale construction jobs.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Gathering blueprints and specifications
-Generate detailed cost estimates.
-Attend meetings.
-Tracking contracts and preparing bid packages.
-Bilingual is a plus!
Requirements:
-At least 1 year of doing Contruction takeoffs.
-Read and understand blueprints
-Worked With an estimating program
-Know word & Excel
-Valid driver's license.
- Attention to detail
-Team player.
-Flexibility.
This position is 40 hours per week so can be 4-10 hours or 5-8 hours days and once trained can lead to work part time at home and part time in office.
We have a home office and is located in Port Orchard. Please keep that in mind when applying. Pay will be starting at $50k yearly for a takeoff individual and is negotiable from there for those who have more knowledge in Contruction estimating.
