Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Elevator (or construction related) Equipment Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate estimates for elevator equipment installations and upgrades, ensuring our bid dates are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for elevator equipment.

- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to gather necessary information for estimates.

- Maintain and update a database of cost information and historical data for future reference.

- Assist in the preparation of proposals and bids for potential projects.

- Stay current with industry trends, codes, and regulations relevant to elevator systems.

Qualifications:

- Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Minimum of two years of experience in estimating for elevator or construction related equipment preferred.

- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is beneficial.

- Ability to review specifications and drawings is a plus.

- Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
