established by HUD)
2024 Very Low (50%) Income Limits $41,900
2024 Low (80%) Income Limit - $67,050
Targeted Section 3 Worker Definition
Living within the service area or the neighborhood of the
project (Bremerton, WA), as defined in 24 CFR 75.5
Applicants will need to self-certify that they meet the income and
residence requirements.
