We are looking for an experienced landscape construction Foreman to fill the role of small projects foreman, project finisher and service technician. Landscaping with us, you'll perform a wide array of work including planting, drainage, grading and soil work, stone work, decking and fencing, irrigation, paver installation, retaining wall construction, lighting, outdoor kitchen construction, water and fire features and other special item construction.
The applicant must be able read plans and execute fine landscape designs in concert with the Project Manager. The individual must be self-motivated, possess a wide range of skills, be able to effectively lead and motivate their crew, or work independently on small projects. Good time management abilities are critical for this role. Routine work includes use of most power tools. The ability to operate small machinery is required. Tracking and recording material purchases and timely return of receipts to the office bookkeeper mandatory. Being efficient in operations, routing, task sequencing required.
To work with us you must be able to lift 60 pounds and on occasion, up to 80 pounds, perform hard work for sustained periods and have a good attitude while working in a wide range of weather conditions. We are a growing firm and offer definite potential to advance with the company.
Daylight allowing, we work 4/10s leaving you a three day weekend!
SIGNING and RETENTION BONUS - $250 bonus after 60 days, at 6 months another $500, and another $1,000 bonus after one year of employment. Other merit bonuses possible also.
