Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Manager
Job Schedule: Full-time, year-round.
Starting Pay Rate: $28-$32 per hour depending on experience. We also offer paid time off, cell-phone allowance, retirement-fund contributions, and year-end bonuses.
Description:
We are a small, South-Seattle-based landscaping company seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance Crew. We offer a professional work environment, with a friendly, hard-working team of creative landscapers and organic gardeners.
The Maintenance Manager duties will include, but are not limited to:
-Plan, oversee, and conduct garden maintenance services on high-end residential properties.
-Communicating with clients
-Supervising and training employees
-Pruning shrubs and small trees
-Mulching plant beds
-Planting and transplanting landscape plants
-Minor irrigation adjustments and repairs
-General lifting, at least 50lbs
Qualifications:
-Good communication and organizational skills.
-Self-motivated, trustworthy, and hard working.
-Strong attention to detail
-Possess supervisor and interpersonal skills.
-Minimum 2 years of previous landscape maintenance experience.
-Minimum 1 year of experience with irrigation systems.
-Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisor role.
-Strong plant identification abilities and pruning skills.
-Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
We work four 10-hour days with 3-day weekends.
