Fountainhead Northwest LLC, a Class A office Building Owner/Developer is looking for a Full-Time Building Maintenance technician for a corporate park located in Kent Washington. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the building maintenance. This includes performing routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs. The Maintenance Technician will provide a quality work environment for tenants by addressing all maintenance requests in accordance with property standards. They will also establish a positive, productive working relationship with the property tenants and staff.
Job Summary: Your position involves working closely with management, tenants and vendors performing a large variety of tasks including, but not limited to the following:
Handle repairs and improvements for tenants or common area amenities.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance that may include light bulb changes, minor plumbing repairs, roof leaks, etc.
Consistently maintains a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with tenants, co-workers and the general public, at all times, on or off the property.
Full-time position M-F 8am - 5pm with rotating night/weekend on-call status.
