Job Title: Projects and Crew Manager

Location: Burien, WA

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Role Overview:

As the Projects and Crew Manager at Robbins and Co., you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, while leading a team of skilled professionals in the field. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will manage resources, coordinate tasks, and ensure effective communication among crew members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting

Manage and lead the crew, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the proper use of materials, equipment, and labor

Maintain clear communication with clients, crew members, and stakeholders

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or related field

Fluent in English (speaking and writing)

Valid driver’s license

Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance standards

Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple projects

Team-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
