In this role, you’ll oversee punch lists, warranty and service work, and small projects for custom-built homes, all while leading a talented team and building strong relationships with our clients.
What You’ll Do:
Own the Details: Oversee punch list completion to ensure every home meets our high standards.
Deliver Solutions: Manage warranty and service work with efficiency and a client-focused approach.
Guide Projects: Lead small-scale projects, coordinating schedules, materials, and team efforts.
Lead Your Team: Inspire and mentor a group of skilled professionals to do their best work.
Build Connections: Work closely with homeowners to address their needs and maintain trust and collaborate with the area’s top tradesmen
What You Bring:
At least 10 years of experience in custom luxury residential construction.
Expertise in punch list processes, warranty work, and managing small projects.
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of motivating teams and achieving results.
Sharp problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Clear, professional communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
