Job Descripton:
We're currently seeking residential window installers with a minimum of 6 months experience in the window field. Polar Bear promotes from within and rewards those that embrace our culture and excel in their craft. Candidates will have an opportunity to work and learn under skilled leads that are motivated to train and mentor their team. Must be self motivated with a positive attitude. Expected to provide quality work, complete a variety of projects, and comply with job site safety standards. Easy application and hiring process.
Essential Functions:
Install and replacement of windows and doors in residential buildings, ensuring that all install guidelines, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Must be able to work under lead, provide support fuctions and follow direction.
Must be reliable, punctual, have willingness to learn, knowledge of industry preferred, and be willing to comply with all safety practices.
Required Skills:
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transpertion
6 months of residencial window installation required
Finish carpentry, framing, fence building, or production work are all a plus
Basic hand tools, bags and cordless impact/ drill required to complete tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Communication and problem solving skills
