Job DescriptionLocation: 12410 East Mirabeau Parkway, Spokane Valley, WA 99216Are you looking for a career in a growing industry with new products, new markets and new technology?Our Spokane Valley, Washington, office is seeking an Customer Service Representative - Insurance, with a starting annual salary of $35,000 ($17.95/hour), and an additional 15% shift differential for working the swing shift.The 40-hour/week work schedule will be Saturday and Sunday beginning at either 7 a.m. or 8 a.m., and weekdays from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. with two adjacent days off mid-week.Job Functions and Responsibilities: Providing exceptional customer service through telephone contact to sell policies and service existing accounts Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships Employees will be required to obtain a state insurance license as needed and meet continuing education requirements.
