Transitions works to end poverty and homelessness for women and children in Spokane.

Use your skills and/or education in a mission-driven setting to help women in Spokane rebuild their lives while exiting homelessness. We’re looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working with women, can navigate complex housing needs, works independently and with a team, and who will take ownership of and pride in this position.

Transitions currently has a full-time opening for a Case Manager at Miryam’s House. The Case Manager in a transitional housing setting is responsible for providing comprehensive support and advocacy to single women who are not parenting, utilizing a harm reduction model. This role involves working closely with clients to facilitate their transition to stable housing, enhance their self-sufficiency, and improve their overall well-being while respecting their individual needs and choices.
