At the direction of the Manager, Engagement (ME) the EL supports the community engagement activities of financial professionals in specific market areas to build awareness of Thrivent and engage prospective members. The mix of attracting prospective members and engaging Thrivent members will vary by local markets.
The Honeywell Sr Offering Management Specialist can work out of Spokane, WA or Morris Plains, NJ and is a hybrid position (3 days/week in the office and the other 2 can be worked remote) and will require 25% international travel. The Sr Offering Management Specialist is responsible for developing and optimizing an offering portfolio strategy based on customer insights, competitive and market intelligence, and executing that strategy to optimize the offerings, market position, organic growth, and financial return of the product portfolio across the product lifecycle. Offering Managers work closely with manufacturing and sourcing, engineering and R&D, Honeywell senior executives, sales and field sales to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio today and in the future .
