Description We are seeking a Member Service Representative to join our team in the financial industry located in Spokane, Washington, United States. This role involves delivering top-notch service to members, executing a variety of financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Responsibilities: Providing courteous, detail-oriented, and timely service to credit union members Processing a variety of financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check orders, stop payments, and transfers accurately and efficiently Ensuring all transactions, including those involving cashiers’ checks and money orders, are verified and discrepancies are detected and resolved promptly Maintaining knowledge of all State and Federal Regulations applicable to transactions performed in the teller area Conducting member file maintenance and account changes as requested Balancing daily transactions, maintaining the appropriate level of cash on hand, and verifying cash totals Responding to incoming telephone calls, answering inquiries, or directing them as necessary Promoting credit union products and services based on member needs Utilizing banking software and other computer programs to process member transactions and maintain accurate customer credit records Ensuring work area is maintained in a clean, organized, and detail-oriented mannerBENEFITS OFFERED:-SALARY RANGE: $20.00-$22.00/hour
