Full Range:$84,939 to $178,999Job DescriptionThis position utilizes best practices in Product Management, market and industry experience to develop, launch, and manage innovative clean energy solutions for our customers. The successful candidate will support exciting growth opportunities electrifying fleets, strengthening new and existing relationships with customers and communities, testing and scaling vehicle-grid integration (VGI) programs consistent with the Transportation Electrification (TE) Plan. Innovates to develop and/or implement legislative and regulatory policy, new programs and rates, pilot projects demonstrating new technology and business models, partnerships with public, private, and non-profit organizations, and community support programs through partnerships with local stakeholders.Responsibilities

Engage with commercial customers, develop strong relationships and drive optimized electrification of commercial and public fleets, leveraging Avista's charging infrastructure programs in the light, medium and heavy-duty vehicle segments.

Develop a comprehensive suite of fleet advisory services supporting a range of customers including small/medium/large commercial fleet customers, municipalities, school districts, transit organizations, and community-based organizations (CBOs).

Implement vehicle-grid integration (VGI) technologies and programs to accelerate beneficial load growth and shifts to off-peak, supporting innovative projects in coordination with Avista's Innovation Lab.

Develop customer-facing products including but not limited to electrified lift trucks, refrigerated trailer units, ground support equipment, and truck stops.

Support TE projects benefiting communities and tribes involving including municipal fleets, public transit, micro-mobility and e-mobility hubs.

Provide updated data and forecasts of geo-spatial electrification loads to the System Planning and Integrated Resource Planning teams. Support economic/grid impact studies and proactive grid infrastructure investments serving major fleet transportation loads, including charging hubs ranging from 1 MW to 30 MW.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field is required

Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated collaboration and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders

Fleet Management experience is preferred, including electrification and other clean fleet conversion projects/applications

Established experience/relationships with OEM manufacturers and other industry representatives preferred

Product Manager I:

5 years of experience in Product Management

Product Manager II:

7 years of experience in Product Management

Product Manager III:

10 years of experience in Product Management

The Program Manager of Talent Management is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Talent Management team, with an emphasis on the administration and optimization of PACE, McKinstry\'s Performance Management program. This position will work closely with the Talent Management team to create and implement project plans, develop frameworks, and ensure the delivery of key components of the Talent Management roadmap. The role will focus on driving the day-to-day execution of programs that support the overall talent strategy. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include: Manage and execute the PACE Performance Management program, ensuring alignment with McKinstry\'s talent strategy and business objectives. This includes tight management of roadmap, annual cycle, coordinating and co-development of training and resources, continuous improvement, testing, reporting, partnerships and coordination with IT and our People Analytics and HR Tech team. Exceptional project management and problem-solving Ability to navigate and thrive in a complex and dynamic organizational environment.
