We are currently conducting a usability testing study focused on the experience of applying for and using state-provided services. This study aims to test and improve the usability of a new, revamped website flow for accessing state services.
This is a fully remote usability testing session conducted over Zoom. Participants will be asked to share their thoughts and feedback. If you qualify for this study and are invited, you will receive $75 after completing your session via email.
