Asst. motel manager needed for smaller motel. 40 hours a week, Wed & Thursdays off, schedule is not flexible. No overnight shifts, $16.50 per hour starting wage. Duties will include but not limited to housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, light plumbing, light electrical, snow removal, and some office and other duties that occur around the motel. This is not a sit in the office job, you will be required to actually do physical work most of your shift. Must be able to lift and carry 30lb, also must not have a problem with stairs. Offered in the job, but not required, a 1-bedroom motel apartment on site at the motel for $700 per month that includes all utilities, cable TV. Deposit is $500 + pet deposits if applicable. Deposit and rent can be taken out of your pay by wage assignment if you wish. If you choose to live on site, you will also receive use of our laundry facilities after office hours. Job will be available just after September 1st. If employee chooses not to live on site and rent apartment, the pay is still the same.
