KITCHEN MANAGER AD
The Old European is seeking an experienced kitchen manager. This candidate should possess a thorough understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and directing a staff through weekly prep tasks. This is a hands on management position and candidates should have the ability to cook on a fast paced grill line at an extremely high level. This person should be very self motivated with a desire to succeed, we are looking for someone who is comfortable talking to others, smiles often, has great multi-tasking ability, and completes tasks quickly and efficiently.
This position does involve early morning shifts and requires someone who can regularly work Saturdays and Sundays.
Some of the reasons you should work at the Old European are that we are not a late night concept! Our latest shifts end in the early to mid afternoon! It is a place that you can be proud of! Using from- scratch recipes, we make our baked goods fresh each morning, orange juice is squeezed fresh to order, and we have many health conscious options on our menu.
