Employment type: Full time (30-40 hrs per week)
Compensation: Hourly wage + Tip Pool, Shift Meal & Drink, Paid Sick Days (Hourly wage dependent on experience)
Experience: Minimum 3 yrs kitchen experience, Management experience not required but welcomed!

We are a Modern American Gastropub on the South Hill. We are open for lunch and dinner. Our menu is entirely plant-based (100% vegan) and our bar specializes in craft cocktails. We are family-owned and operated!
You do not need to be vegan to work here, but you should understand the food movement a bit and be supportive of our mission, which prioritizes the health of the planet as well as its living things. Although a lot of our clientele will likely be familiar with a plant-based diet and might identify as vegan or vegetarian, it is very important to us for people who are new to the idea and maybe just want to cut back on meat (or even people who were not expecting our menu to be vegan) to also feel welcome.
