Caterer:Under general direction employee may assume the lead role and provide general supervision of catered events within our beautiful EWU campus.Employee will review and maintain event records; participate in meetings and discussions; plan and organize; serve food and provide excellent customer service; perform event follow-up activities; maintain catering equipment and Dining Services facilities.Duties will include planning and organizing catered events,Requisitioning products and equipment,Coordinating product pick-up and delivery,Directing other food service employees,Maintaining safety and sanitation standards.Required skills: customer service, organization, communication, self-motivation.This a is 10 month cyclic position with the possibility to pick up shifts during cyclic time off.The salary for this position is $38,784 (minimum) up to $51,360. Where the hired candidate will begin within this range is dependent on education, experience, and skills.
