We are a Construction/Property Management Company that is looking for someone to join our team!
We have a full-time Maintenance position available.
Some knowledge of painting, and property maintenance preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
Jobs are both interior and exterior and include but are not limited to:
-All maintenance on rentals
-Fences
-Decks
-Painting
-Remodeling
-Some landscaping
We have company trucks, trailers, and tools.
Valid driver’s license is helpful but not necessary.
$17-$25 an hour dependent on experience.
