Must have reliable transportation to/from work! Or at least be able to show up constantly at our shop.
Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record (No DUI’s, reckless or excessive tickets, etc.).
Full time season position starting spring through October, weather pending. Could work through November if willing to work in other departments.
Monday-Friday 6:30/7am-4:30/5:30pm.
Must be able to conduct basic irrigation repairs such as chasing down an electrical short, fixing a broken sprinkler head, nozzles, or sprinkler line.
Possible plowing position during the winter months.
Typical jobs include starting up the irrigation system, doing minor repairs, and then in Fall winterizing the sprinkler systems. Also, other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of sprinkler repairs and clocks.
Follow directions and instructions from crew lead/managers.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Willing to work with others in a professional/team manner.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Must be able to lift, push and pull 50 lbs. regularly.
Be able to work in all types of weather.
Must be able to navigate uneven terrain.
