Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a crew of two to three workers in executing landscape/hardscape projects, including installation and renovation. Interpret plans to ensure projects are completed to manufacture specifications and to installation standards. Manage crew with productivity, materials on site, and job site safety. Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a landscape foreman or similar role
-Strong knowledge of landscape/hardscape techniques, plants, irrigation and materials
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
