NJP’s Eviction Prevention Unit seeks a full-time experienced Legal Assistant based in Spokane to support our fast-paced eviction defense practice. This position is part of the statewide Eviction Prevention Unit (EPU) and reports to the EPU Eastern Region Managing Attorney. The primary practice area is housing but may include family law,
consumer, public benefits, and other areas of civil legal assistance that NJP provides.
Salary is based upon years of experience, with an annual salary range of $50,170 - $85,246. This is a non-exempt position. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes 100% paid employee health premiums and significant premium shares for family health premiums, as well as generous time off.
