We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Administrator to join a growing e-commerce store. The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for Accounts Receivable, accounts payable, freight claim, processing orders, invoicing, tracking orders, communicating with vendors and entering information into systems. Will also be answering phones and chat conversations.
SKILLS:
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with working experience.
Must be able to type (keyboard) 60 WPM and operate 10-key efficiently.
Strong multi-tasking skills and high accuracy rate in work production
Superior interpersonal communication and customer service skills
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college, or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
