Interpreter Services Coordinator
If you are excited about working with people from all over the world in the critical industry of providing language interpreting services, then consider a position with Spokane International Translation, the largest and oldest language service provider in Eastern Washington. The main focus of this position is to manage all incoming and outgoing interpreter assignments for the medical, legal and business communities of the Greater Spokane region. You will ensure operational excellence by providing customer service to our current clients as well as ensuring that our new clients have a seamless and effortless experience with our secure, state-of-the-art online scheduling system. We are looking for an individual who would be available for a permanent, full-time position, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Qualifications
⢠Ability to successfully integrate into a team-centered work environment

⢠Outstanding communication skills
⢠Knowledge of a foreign language is not required
⢠Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)

⢠Problem-solving skills
⢠Attention to detail and accuracy
⢠College graduate preferred but not required.

Spokane International Translation has been providing spoken language interpretive services and written translations to the medical, legal and business communities in the Greater Spokane region since 1995. We also provide interpretive services in American Sign Language. We have a solid reputation for excellence and we maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in the industry. We assign spoken language interpreters to appointments routinely scheduled by our providers in any of over 70 languages currently spoken in the region. We can also provide an interpreter for a client on a momentâs notice, and for languages not available in this area we have interpreters who can travel to Spokane. We provide written translations to or from English for any language in the world. Our translators are all world-class professionals who are not among our local oral language interpreter pool. Compensation
This is a permanent full-time position with regular pay raises. Starting salary is $15.00 with a pay raise after 90 days. Paid vacation is available after nine months with the company, and sick leave accrues immediately upon employment. Closing date is Monday, April 29, 2019; interviews begin Thursday, May 2. Must be able to begin work immediately.
