Office & Administrative Manager – Residential Construction
Location: Inland Northwest (Post Falls area)
Companies: Bugle NW (Residential Construction) & Homeco (Products & Services)
We are seeking a full-time Office & Administrative Manager with residential construction experience to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
### Responsibilities###
Administrative support, bookkeeping & payroll assistance
Customer care, scheduling, and permit coordination
Job costing, P\&L tracking, and order fulfillment
Office organization, office cleanliness, scheduling meetings & events
Marketing and lead support
Occasional trade shows, events, and monthly team meetings
Help with placing material orders
Vendor and sub relations
Product sales order fullfillment
### What We’re Looking For:
Residential construction background (homes, decks, projects-type business)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Outgoing, team-oriented, and motivated to grow with us
### Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fridays often shorter; some flexibility)
Starting pay: \$25–\$27/hour for 60 days
After 60 days: review with opportunity for benefits, PTO, a salary, and profit share
