Concessions Supply is a growing, locally owned and operated food service distributor specializing in concessions and frozen dessert equipment and products, as well as service and support. We currently handle accounts in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. Our primary product lines are Gold Medal Products Co. (www.gmpopcorn.com) and Stoelting (www.stoeltingfoodservice.com).
We are looking to hire an entry level role that will primarily handle office tasks such as answering phones and emails, service scheduling, taking and assembling orders, invoicing customers and receiving payment, filing, data entry, facilities maintenance, in addition to warehouse work such as loading and unloading freight, putting away inventory, and equipment cleaning. A secondary focus will be deliveries through eastern Washington and northern Idaho. We can provide training on our systems, we primarily use Quickbooks and Microsoft Office for the bulk of our business.
Flexible scheduling and hours are available.
-Position hours are available Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm up to 40 hours a week
-Paid benefits after 1 month employment, 1 week vacation first year
-Delivery routes are scheduled as one day runs but some may rarely require overnight accommodations (provided by the company)

-Able to move freight up to 100lbs. as well as food service equipment
-Able to operate lift gate, fork lift, pallet jack, and hand truck to facilitate loading and unloading of product and equipment
