What You’ll Do Every Day
If you like fast-paced environments and talking to people, you will love this job.
Execute high-volume outreach (DMs, texts, calls, emails)
Build authentic relationships with potential clients & partners
Spark curiosity and interest in Watts Built
Qualify leads using simple, clear criteria
Transfer warm leads to our office team for booking
Become a familiar voice in the North Idaho market
Track daily activity in our CRM
Hit daily/weekly performance targets
Help create the foundation of a sales team destined for massive scale
We provide scripts, tools, workflows, and weekly coaching.
You provide the drive, energy, and consistency.

Compensation (Commission-Only, High Upside)
This role is commission-only, and that’s exactly why the upside is so big.
