Atlas Staffing is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians/Mechanics for a fantastic company in Spokane. Responsibilities:
-Conducting preventive maintenance tasks like oil changes, filter replacements, transmission flushes, and mechanical flaw inspections.
-Troubleshooting and fixing intricate hydraulic systems, generators, electrical systems, hybrids, and on-board computers.
-Completing diverse repairs on brake components, tires, tune-ups, suspension parts, engines, drive line components, OBD II systems, etc.
-Performing diesel and transmission repairs.
-Collaborating with external vendors for parts and repairs.
-Establishing and managing vehicle history and maintenance records.
Our Mechanics autonomously utilize computers, scanners, and other equipment for diagnostic purposes on mechanical and electrical systems. They analyze issues, decide on appropriate actions, and enhance technical expertise through bulletins, publications, and seminars.
Successful candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, over 3 years of vehicle service and repair experience, proficiency in operating automated shop computers and diagnostic equipment, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. ASE certification is preferred.
Schedule Details:
-8-hour shifts
-Overtime opportunities available
-Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: $20.00 to $30.00/hr. DOE
