The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, particularly in the startup and commissioning of commercial HVAC equipment. Key Responsibilities:
-Perform startup and commissioning of commercial HVAC systems, including but not limited to air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
-Verify system performance through testing and adjustments to meet manufacturer specifications and client requirements.
-Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve any operational issues.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
-Document system performance, test results, and any corrective actions taken.
-Provide training and support to clients on operating and maintaining their HVAC systems.
-Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project completion.
-Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC startup and commissioning.
-Valid HVAC technician certification and/or relevant licenses.
-Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and components.
-Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
-Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
-Ability to use HVAC testing equipment and tools effectively.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
