We are currently hiring a Full-Time Residential Project Manager.

5 years of experience running your own construction company.
Able to comfortably read and understand construction drawings.
Planning – able to develop a comprehensive project plan, track the progress of this plan, and effectively communicate the plan with employees and clients. Ensure all work is done on time and within the projected budget. Ability to calculate materials take-offs, submit plans for permitting, keeping track and timely reporting of large orders to ensure customer billing is accurate.
Time Management – setting a realistic timeline, developing, maintaining, evaluating, and readjusting a schedule to ensure timely final project delivery.
Risk Management – identifying and responding to potential issues throughout the project's life.
Strong Communication Skills – clear, concise, and effective communication with employees, clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Consistently inform staff of project details and evaluate the effectiveness of a project plan with employees. Meeting and communicating with clients on the project’s progress and next steps.
Strong computer skills – Office 365 – Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams. Time Keeping Apps, Basecamp
Pay ranges from $40 to $48 per hour with some benefits.
