We have a handyman/carpenter position available. It's in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene with some travel to outlying towns. The job covers many aspects and trades. From repairs and installations, to assembling furniture and equipment, drywall, framing, and many other areas.
You need to drive your own vehicle. We pay for expenses, including a maintenance stipend. You must have your own tools as well. We have tools for everything, but you have to have your own core set of tools. You won't get bored. Often times it is 4-8 hour jobs, but sometimes you will work with a framing crew or do siding, roofs, or other jobs that last longer.
There’s a lot of freedom in this job so you have to be self-motivated and self-regulating. We pay production and performance bonuses. Get the job fast and right? You get a bonus. Get a referral when you get a bonus. We share in profits created by employees.
