We are excited to bring on Team Members for our water heater and water treatment division. This is an excellent opportunity for a career in a growing company. This role has no on-call (maybe some weekends) and is not a service role.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage installation projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
-Conducted site evaluations, prepared installation plans, and ensured all necessary materials and equipment were available and ready for each project.
-Implement and adhere to company safety policies and industry best practices to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the installation process, applying innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
-Maintain accurate records of work performed, including project details, progress reports, and inventory management.
-Provide exceptional customer service, professionally address any client concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with the completed project.

-WA State PLO2 Plumbing license or Idaho Journeyman plumbing license required.
