We provide high quality warranty services for multiple residential builders in the Spokane area, and we are looking to add another carpenter to our team. Specifically, we need someone who can work with minimal supervision while handling most any carpentry task required to return a home to like new condition. A true "frame to finish" carpenter will be the best fit for this position since it does require a thorough knowledge of a variety of carpentry skills.
Some of the tasks we perform on a daily basis include:
- Providing excellent customer service to homeowners and builder representatives
- Trim R/R including paint prep and paint
- Trim and door repair to return to looking like new
- Door adjustments (which may include moving strike plates and subsequent door repair)
- Drywall repair including the ability to perfectly match orange peel walls and knockdown ceilings
- Repairing floor squeaks including the ability to quickly understand if the problem is the subfloor, wall, joist hanger, etc.
- R/R laminate flooring including the ability to replace a piece in the field
- R/R windows and doors including sliders and all subsequent repair work
- Interior and exterior paint touch up
- Soffit repair
Qualifications:
- Journeyman level carpenter
- Working construction vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- Easily able to navigate technology
