Superintendent position with a local Spokane contractor.
We do residential remodels and new construction along with commercial TI work. You would need the ability to work with and direct subs and our crew in completing projects with an eye for detail and quality while maintain a good working relationship we have with our subs. Customer relations is important as we are often working in client’s homes and around their families.
This is not an entry level job. You should already know job requirements of this type of position.
