Description Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to manage the front desk of a local healthcare organization on a temporary basis in Vancouver, Washington. The main responsibilities of this position will be to check patients in and schedule patients for appointments. To be successful in this position, an individual will have prior experience in a front desk or medical receptionist role, excellent phone etiquette, a welcoming demeanor, and great organizational skills.What you will get to do:

Welcoming guests as they arrive

Checking patients into appointments

Answering calls and responding to email correspondence

Schedule patients for appointments and follow-ups

Sorting incoming mail and accepting packages as they arrive

Assisting with additional clerical duties as needed

This position will be fully on-site, and parking is provided.Requirements

2+ years of front desk experience or medical receptionist experience

2+ years of customer service experience

Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette to assist patients achieve a smooth experience

Attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to balance a variety of duties and pivoting attention quickly to prioritize responsibilities as needed

Excellent attendance
