Senior Accountant

We are hiring for a Financial Accountant position with an awesome, publicly traded company in the Vancouver / Portland area!What you need:

BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field - required.

1-3+ years of accounting experience - required.

2+ years of public accounting experience - strongly preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What you'll be doing:

Perform all close, forecasting and budgeting functions for the Region Office.

Monitor all close deadlines and completeness to aid Districts and Divisions within the Region.

Assist in regional performance communication to Corporate.

Assist in analyzing actual and projected performance for the Western Region.

Assist with budget prep and the budget review process for the Western Region.

Managing the “day-to-day” Region Office needs (working with the department managers).

Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting requirements to corporate

Assist with region-wide finance and accounting projects
