In order to succeed in the position, you will need to be an enthusiastic person who can optimistically handle a challenging and fast-paced environment.  Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a sales team of 20+ employeesDrive sales performance and execute business goalsSupport hiring, training, scheduling, and performance managementOversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routinesManage freight flow, inventory, merchandising, and replenishmentEnsure store safety, security, and operational complianceDeliver exceptional customer service and guest satisfactionPartner with the Store Manager to drive results and continuously improve store performanceThis full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm.  As this is a managerial position it is not uncommon to work 50+ hours a week.  This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
