What you’ll do:· Perform a variety of procurement tasks, from entering purchase orders to expediting shipments.· Monitor inventory and proactively manage product shortages.· Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams, acting as the main point of contact for procurement-related queries.· Lead negotiations on contracts, including terms, pricing, and volume discounts.· Create procurement reports, analyze inventory trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize processes.· Reconcile any payable discrepancies and manage freight billing audits.· Research product specifications and ensure accurate product file integrity.· Resolve customer and supplier issues in a timely and professional manner.Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a buyer or procurement role preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to follow documented procedures with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.Note:This role is On-site in Keyser, WV.
