The Role in BriefWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and lead sales initiatives targeting Food Industries . Regional Business Deveopment Manager Should have worked in TIC domain (Specifically for the Sale of Food Testing Services) for not less than 06 YearsThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals in the Food industry. Your main responsibilities will include: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target food industries and drive revenue growth.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing Clientele, cold calling, networking, and market research.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the food industry.Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure client satisfaction.Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to senior management.Manage a group of sales reps Key Responsibilities include:  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for the food testing business. This includes identifying target markets, creating detailed marketing strategies, defining clear objectives to expand the customer base and increase market share.Partner and collaborate with industry stakeholders such as food manufacturers, processors, exporters, importers, regulatory bodies etc. Foster relationships with key decision-makers like quality assurance managers, procurement heads, and health and safety officials.Provide leadership and guidance to to the sales team, ensuring team members have the skills, knowledge, and motivation to achieve sales targets. This involves coaching, mentoring, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating continuous professional development opportunities to maximize team effectiveness.Evaluate and decide on new business opportunities and sales tactics by assessing market trends & competitor activities. Profile Requirements To succeed in this role, you have: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Science or a related field.Minimum of 06 years of sales experience in ISO 17025:2017 accredited Lab/s for Food Testing Services in the food industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Hands-on experienceProficient in Computer Skills, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling Food Testing Services to food industry.Strong Existing network of contacts within the food industry.If you possess the skills and experience required for this role and are passionate about driving business growth in the food industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as our Regional Sales Manager. So, READY TO BECOME A QIMATE?
