If you are adept with Office 365 and possess strong administrative skills, we want to hear from you!Role Overview: As an Administrative Assistant with Office 365 expertise, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. Your role will be crucial in managing communications, organizing documents, and coordinating various tasks to support our day-to-day activities.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain office systems, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence.

Utilize Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and communications.

Assist with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and preparation of meeting materials.

Coordinate and support internal and external communications, including email correspondence and phone calls.

Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Provide support for administrative projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members on Office 365 tools and best practices.

Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

Proficiency in Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Access).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or relevant field is a plus.
