RR Donnelley is looking for their next West Coast Supervisor to lead a team supporting an investment banking client!In this role, you will be responsible for setting priorities, general project/team oversight, and understanding/deploying the resources required for a wide variety of requirements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage day-to-day operations of the teamOversee staff of 10+ professionalsAnalyze performance and key metricsEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresProactively address, handle, and rectify all client and team concernsChampion project management excellenceDevelop and maintain best-in-class project tracking methodsImplement processes and tools that increase efficiency and ability to deliver exceptional solutionsTranslate the needs of internal partners and ensure expectations are metManage changes in priorities and implements plans to meet business needsAssist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employeesShare candidate and internal feedback as appropriateProvide regular reports to the Account DirectorManage timecards and schedulesMaintain up-to-date documentation on all candidatesEnsure the team provides best-in-class deliverables to the clientOther duties as necessary
