To strengthen our Fulfilment Excellence Team in Poland (Szczecin) and the Czech Republic (Cheb), we are looking for a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) Inbound Logistics to start as soon as possible.Key responsibilities:
Inbound Process Support:Supports the design, documentation, and monitoring of warehouse inbound processes, contributing to seamless integration with broader warehouse operationsAssists in cross-functional alignment between inbound metrics and Supply Chain goalsProvides day-to-day user support and troubleshooting for inbound process and system issues to minimize operational disruptionsInbound Performance Tracking:Tracks and monitors inbound KPIs with a focus on safety, quality, speed, and productivityContributes to the project portfolio aimed at driving continuous improvement in inbound performance year-over-year (YoY)WMS Support & Development:Supports the testing and implementation of WMS processes across warehouses, ensuring alignment with operational requirementsAssists during go-live and stabilization phases to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to inbound performanceActs as a point of contact between system users and project teams for WMS-related issues and communicationsStandards and Documentation:Contributes to the development and continuous improvement of inbound process standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Assists in reviewing and updating documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across warehouse operationsSupports training initiatives to ensure warehouse staff are up to date with SOPs and system changesContinuous Improvement:Uses data to identify patterns and trends that highlight opportunities for inbound process improvementsSupports continuous improvement efforts by collecting operational feedback and contributing to lessons-learned reviewsKeeps up to date with industry best practices to support the integration of new methodologies into inbound processesStakeholder Communication & Collaboration:Participates in cross-functional meetings and contributes to discussions on inbound best practicesSupports communication related to inbound improvement projects, including performance updates and milestone trackingAssists in delivering training to ensure relevant teams are proficient in inbound systems, tools, and SOPsServes as a point of contact for warehouse teams regarding inbound queries and day-to-day process guidance
