About the role:Our operational footprint in Poland is expanding rapidly, now supporting more than 2,500 colleagues. To maintain high-quality service delivery and absolute operational excellence across this growing team, we need to ensure our backend HR administration and employee lifecycle processes remain seamless, consistent and fully compliant.As such, we are hiring a People Delivery Administrator (m/f/d) to manage day-to-day HR processes, contract administration, and absence tracking for our Poland-based teams using Workday, Enova and Jira. In this role, you handle everything from onboarding to offboarding, maintain accurate employee records, cooperate closely with Payroll and Talent Acquisition, and support benefits administration.You work towards establishing best practices in People Delivery/Operations, driving continuous data accuracy and process improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to act as the operational backbone for a fast-growing e-commerce leader, bringing your 2-3 years of HR experience, solid understanding of Polish labour law, and structured approach to a dynamic, international environment. Responsibilities:Manage Employee Lifecycle: Execute day-to-day HR administration and processes for our teams in Poland, including onboarding, offboarding, contract administration and employee data updates.Maintain Accurate Records: Update employee documentation in systems like Workday and Enova according to internal standards and legal requirement guidelines.Track Absences & Time: Handle daily working time and absence tracking to ensure all company records remain completely accurate and up to date.Support Internal Stakeholders: Partner closely with Payroll and Talent Acquisition while supporting managers and colleagues with professional, service-oriented HR advice.Assist Payroll & Benefits: Support timely payroll preparation and coordinate ongoing updates for employee benefit data enrolment.Manage Inbound Requests: Use Jira on a daily basis to efficiently monitor, process, and track all incoming HR-related requests.Drive Compliance & Process Quality: Maintain strict compliance with Polish labour law and contribute practical ideas for process improvements within People Operations.
