Based in Szczecin (PL) or Cheb (CZ), you will work closely with warehouse Operations across our European fulfillment network. You will combine operational experience, data, and direct shopfloor observation to identify root causes, develop solutions, and drive their implementation together with Operations, Data, Product, and Technology teams.Your primary focus will be on the warehouse outbound department (pick, pack, ship). Most of your time will be spent on the warehouse floor at your home site with regular travel to other AUTODOC fulfillment centers. Find the opportunitiesAnalyze warehouse performance: Track safety, quality, speed, productivity, and cost, with a heavy focus on operational efficiency.Be on the shopfloor: Spend substantial time on the warehouse floor observing processes and working directly with operational teams to understand what really drives performance.Connect data with reality: Use operational data and KPIs to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and root causes behind operational delays.Challenge assumptions: Help Operations focus on high-impact opportunities rather than superficial fixes.Turn Insights into SolutionsFrame the problem properly. Define it, set a baseline, and quantify the expected impact before building anything.Design practical changes. Translate operational problems into workflow, layout, and system improvements that hold up in a live warehouse.Test and iterate. Pilot in the live operation, measure the result, collect feedback from the floor, and refine.Deliver Measurable ImprovementsDrive execution: Turn validated opportunities into structured initiatives and carry them from concept to implementation.Partner with Operations: Equip warehouse teams with the tools and data they need — and hold a high bar on standards.Define and Document the standard: Document the improved process as SOPs and drive standards across warehouses.
