Responsibilities:In this role, you will take ownership of recruitment activities with a primary focus on Supply Chain corporate hiring, while also supporting high-volume recruitment in operational areas.You will act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers and key business stakeholders, ensuring a structured, transparent, and quality-driven hiring experience aligned with business priorities.By leveraging diverse sourcing channels and proactive talent engagement strategies, you will continuously expand and nurture a sustainable talent pipeline.Your goal is to create a professional, consistent and positive candidate experience from first contact through to the offer stage, reinforcing our employer brand at every interaction.Beyond day-to-day recruiting, you will actively contribute to employer branding initiatives, including creative campaigns, social media activities, and representing AUTODOC at job fairs and local events.Additionally, you will ensure data accuracy within the ATS environment and support ongoing, scalable process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality standards.This role goes beyond operational recruiting; it directly contributes to building the talent foundation that drives sustainable business performance.
