Form Energy is hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to support the deployment of our commercial projects.This role reports into our Project Engineering team which is part of the Commercial Operations organization. The Project Engineering team is instrumental in designing, building, commissioning, and operating utility-scale storage projects and will be invaluable in scaling Form's breakthrough multi-day storage technology. You will work closely with EPC partners and customers externally and with Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics internally. What you'll do:Support Project Engineers in all aspects of project execution, assisting in the development and implementation of project plansMaintain project documentation and coordinate distribution across internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate and monitor project schedules and budgetsAdminister requests for proposals, submittals, transmittal, and requests for information for all Form projectsAssist with customer and project partner contract negotiationsSupport cash flow planning, invoicing, and payment processing with finance and accounting
